氧化铝短纤维增强铝基复合材料的性能研究

摘要 利用国内现有的原料制备出了氧化铝短纤维增强铝基复合材料。研究了强度、硬度及耐磨性能与纤维体积率、基体合金的关系并对复合材料的拉伸断口做了扫描观察。实验表明:在相同的工艺条件下,氧化铝短纤维与基体合金复合良好;氧化铝短纤维增强铝基复合材料的强度、硬度及耐磨性能均随纤维体积率的增加而提高;在基体中加入适当的合金元素还可进一步提高复合材料的性能。 A kind of aluminium-matrix composite reinforced with staple-fibre alumina was trial-produced, all materials taken from China. Subsequent test were carried out to examine the relation between, its strength, hardness, wear resistance and its volume fraction of the fibreand the matrix alloy. Scanning observations were also made on the tensile fraction surfaces. The experiment indicated that under equal technological conditions, staple-fibre alumina combined well with the matrix metal,that strength, hardness and wear-resistance of the composite increased with the volume fraction of the fibre and that addition of more alloy element into the matrix metal might further improve the properties of the composite.
