摘要 分析研究了硬质合金刀具铣削奥氏体型不锈钢时的冷焊破损机理.指出:中速铣削时,前刀面与冷焊层的牢固联结,是由于切削热与切削力联合作用的结果。 By the method of XEM and electrod microprobe,we analyzle the sticking mechanism of c arbide Alloytoolsin cutling of Austenic stainless steel.It is held that at rela- tively neclium cutting speeds,the strong sticking between the tool rakeface and the work-material is a consequence of the cutting force and cutting heat. (1)The stainless steel in the mini-part of the interface and the low-thermo-metal Wc-Co are all melted down then it frteezes into the columned micrograins.(2) The other parts of the interfare are in the plastic and semi-melted state and turn into the com- mon-recrystallized grains based on the atomic diffusion
