摘要
对多区循环反应器(MZCR)技术的基本原理、MZCR的结构与特性、聚合物粒子在MZCR中的生长机理进行了综述。在MZCR中,生长的聚合物粒子在2个相互连接的反应区内循环。改变2个反应区内单体的组成和循环速率.可以生成组成不同但结构均匀的聚合物颗粒。通过MZCR技术可以生产宽分子量分布的聚烯烃,为进一步拓宽聚烯烃的应用范围,提高聚烯烃的极限性能奠定基础。
This paper reviewed the fundamental principle of multizone circulating reactor (MZCR) technology, structure and features of MZCR and growth mechanism of polymer particular inside MZCR. The growing granules circulated in two reaction zones interconnected to each other in MZCR. The polymer granules with uniform structure but different compositions could be prepared by changing the composition and the circulating rate of the monomers in these two reaction zones. MZCR technology is also available for producing polyolefin with broad molecular weight distribution and more importantly, lays a foundation for further expanding application fields and raising ultimate performance of polyolefin.
