摘要
UHMW PE是一种线性结构的工程塑料 ,具有优异的物理性能和机械性能 ,可用作水下润滑轴承。通过有限元法验证了应用于某轧钢厂加热炉辊道的UHMW PE轴承 (替代原金属轴承 )的合理性 ,论证了应用的可行性。实践证明 ,UHMW PE轴承代替原金属轴承使用寿命由 1~ 2个月提高到 6个月以上 ,改造 2 4组辊道 ,年节省直接费用达 3 0万元。
UHMW-PE, a linear structural engineering plastic, has excellent physical property and mechanical property and it can be used as bearing with water lubrication. The rationality of using UHMW-PE bearing, replace the original metallic bearing, in the roller of heating furnace of rolling steel plant is verified by FEA method and the possibility of application is pointed out. The practice has proved that it can increase he service life from 1~2 months to over half a year and can save of direct cost over 0.3 million yuan a year by reconstructing 24 set rollers.
