摘要 随着神经生理学、分子生物学和PET(正电子发射断层扫描 )等新技术的应用 ,有关异丙酚作用机制的研究已有所进展。现就异丙酚脑摄取、异丙酚对脑血流和脑代谢的影响以及对γ 氨基丁酸受体复合体 (GABAreceptorcomplex)、N 甲基 D 天冬氨酸 (NMDA)受体的影响等方面 ,总结异丙酚全麻作用的可能机制。
