摘要
目的 探讨三七皂甙对小鼠免疫功能的影响 方法 分别以 82 5、165 0、3 3 3 0mg/kgBW剂量的三七皂甙粉给小鼠连续灌胃 3 0~ 45d后 ,检测各项免疫指标。 结果 三七皂甙能明显刺激小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增值、转化作用 ,促进小鼠迟发型变态反应作用 ,提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数 ,提高小鼠的血清溶血素水平 ,促进小鼠单核 -巨噬细胞碳廓清作用 ,增强小鼠的单核 -腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力 ,提高小鼠NK细胞活性。
Objective To explore the effect of panax notoginoside on enhancement of mice's immune function. Methods Panax notoginoside was consecutively orally given to mice with the doses of 82.5,165.0 and 333.0mg/kg of body weight for 30~45 days and then various immune indexes were determined. Results Panax notoginoside can significantly stimulate multiplication and transformation of mice's spleen lymphocytes, promote delayed hypersensitivity, increase the quantity of antibody-producing cells, enhance the level of serum hemolysin, promote the expurgation effect and the phagocytic function of monocyte/macrophage and increase the activity of natural killer. Conclusion Panax notoginoside is capable of enhancement of mic's immune function.
