The profiling method is the preferred way to measure remote sensing reflectance. In this paper, according to the characters of china coastal waters, we develop a new method to compensate the environment's effects with downwelling irradiance's profile, and to estimate the underwater remote sensing reflectance r rs (λ). The result indicates that the relative deviation of repetitious r rs (λ) in one station is around 10%
