摘要
以对甲苯酚为原料 ,经溴化、甲氧基化和甲基化反应合成了 3,4,5 三甲氧基甲苯。同时对此合成方法进行了优化和改进 ,得出了比较理想的工艺反应参数 :选择水为溶剂合成 2 ,6 二溴 4 甲基苯酚 ,然后在 0 .6MPa的N2 压力下 ,以CuCl为催化剂进行甲氧基化和甲基化反应。反应的总收率为 85 % ,产品纯度为 99 5 %
Trimethoxytoluene was synthesized using p-cresol as a starting material by bromation, methoxylation and methylation. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:using H (2)O as solvent to synthesize 2,6-dibromo-4-methylphenol, carrying out the methoxylation and methyation under 0.6 MPa pressure of N (2) using CuCl as a catalyst. The product yield was 85% and purity was 99.5%.
