摘要
利用扫描电镜、电子探针、x射线光电子谱仪等测试分析手段,按照传统的烧伤分档标准对K417铸造镍基高温合金缓进磨削时烧伤表面的形成机理及烧伤表面层物理性态所发生的种种变化进行了系统的研究。文中针对高温合金本身的特点,结合性态测试与疲劳试验结果指出:仅有紫色档才可能对零件的使用寿命构成实质性损伤。
in this paper, a profound study has been made on the formation mechanism of workpiece burnt surface and various chemical and physical changes of burnt surface layers during creep feed grinding of nickel base cast superalloy K417 by means of some advanced instruments such as SEM, EPA, XPS, etc. According to conventional criterion for grinding burn. Based on experimental facts, it is pointed out that only burning with purple black probably does substantive damage to the service life of parts considering the native characteristics of superalloys.
