水土和柑桔中三唑磷残留量的气相色谱分析方法研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用丙酮(水样用二氯甲烷)提取,提取液经二氯甲烷萃取,浓缩后过氟罗里硅土柱净化,淋出液经浓缩后再用丙酮定容,用GC—NPD法检测,研究了湿性样品(土壤、柑桔果肉和果皮样品)中的三唑磷残留物的测定方法。结果表明,当样品三唑磷的添加浓度为0.05、0.2、2.0mg·kg-1时,样品的平均回收率为90.61%~96.58%,变异系数为1.74%~9.25%。方法最小检出量为4×10-12g,水样、土壤、柑桔果肉、果皮中的最低检测浓度分别为0.0001、0.002、0.001、0.004mg·kg-1。 The residue of triazophos insecticide in wet samples (water, soil, citrus pulp and peel) was extracted with acetone (water sample with dichlorometh ane) and the extract was re-extracted with dichloromethane. After being concen trated by evaporation, the re-extracts were cleaned up by a column chromatogra phy on florisil. The final residue can be detected by GC-NPD with high sensiti vity. The average recoveries from untreated control samples fortified with triaz ophos at rates of 0.05,0.2 and 2.0 mg·kg-1 ranged from 90.61%to 96.58%, and the coefficient of variation was from1.74%to 9.25%. The lowest detecta ble quantity was 4×10-12 g and the lowest detectable concentrations of vario us samples were 0.000 1 mg·L-1,0.002 mg·kg-1,0.001 mg·kg-1 and 0.004 mg·kg-1 in water, soil, pulp and citrus peel, respectively.
