L-肉碱对鲫鱼生长和代谢的影响 被引量:14

摘要  将200尾尾均重25.1g的高背鲫随机分成5组,在饲料中添加不同量的L-肉碱(0,50,100,150,200mg/kg),用于研究L-肉碱对鲫鱼生长和代谢强度的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加50~100mg/kgL-肉碱能显著提高鲫鱼的相对生长率和饲料效率,其中100mg/kgL-肉碱效果最好,其相对生长率和饲料效率与对照组相比分别提高了112.2%和91.3%(P<0.05);同时L-肉碱还能显著影响鲫鱼的耗氧率和活力,其中100mg/kgL-肉碱组鲫鱼的耗氧率和活力最高,分别为0.15mg/(g·h)和4.8s。 Tow hundred crucians,with mean weight 25.1 gram,were divided into five groups according to the level of dietary L-carnitine to investigate the effects on growth ratio,feed efficiency and metabolism.The results showed that the relative growth ratio and feed efficiency were improved markedly when crucian feed were added with 50-100 mg/kg L-carnitine,especially added with 100 mg/kg L-carnitine in crucian feed,the relative growth ratio and feed efficiency were best,improved 112.2% and 91.3% respectively ((P<0.05)),compared with the control.At the same time the oxygen consumption of the crucian was tiptop and the vigor of the crucian was best.
