摘要
采用盆栽试验,研究了在模拟干旱条件下10个大豆品种幼苗的形态指标和生理生化指标的变化,用灰色关联分析对品种苗期抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明,苗高、苗干重、根干重、主根长、叶面积、叶片失水率、根系活力、叶绿素含量等都有所下降,脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,但品种间表现出较大差异。根据灰色关联分析评定苗期抗旱性较强的品种是郑92116和漆999-8。
The morphological, physiological and biochemical characters of seedling of 10 soybean cultivars were studied based on pot experiment under drought stress, and the drought resistance of 10 soybean cultivars were evaluated comprehensively by grey relational grade analysis. The results indicated that the plant height, seedling dry weight, root dry weight, main root length, leaf area, water loss rate of excised-leaf, root vitality and chlorophyll content of soybean seedling under drought stress were decreased, while proline content and SOD activity were increased. There were large difference of morphological, physiological and biochemical characters among different soybean cultivars. Zheng 92116 and Qi 999-8 were the cultivars with strong drought resistance in seedling stage.
