摘要 以选育出的胶质芽孢杆菌突变株Bm-j为发酵试验用菌,研究了接种量、氮源、氮源配比、氮源浓度、淀粉浓度、发酵初始pH值、发酵后期温度以及风量对发酵时间、菌量、芽孢量的影响,并确定了最佳发酵条件为:接种量20%、淀粉浓度1 2%、氮源浓度0 25%、发酵初始pH值7 0~7 2、发酵后期温度35~37℃、发酵后期风量1∶1 2。用Bm-j发酵液制成微生物肥(Bm-j肥),储存1a后检测,活菌保留仍在90 9%。田间应用表明:玉米和水稻每公顷使用15kgBm-j肥,增产效益最佳,其中玉米产量比对照增加2010kg/hm2;水稻产量比对照增加935 5kg/hm2。 Regard the Bacilluse mucilaginosus Bm-j that breeds selectively as to ferment to experiment to use the bacteria, The effect of some important factors on ferment time,gemma measures was investigated such as:inoculate the deal, nitrogen source, compound ratio of nitrogenous substance, nitrogen source density,starch density,initial pH value of medium,temperature and wind measures of the later fermentation etc. The fermentative condition were optimised as follows:inoculate 20% of deal, starch density 1.2%,nitrogen source density 0.25%, initial pH 7.0~7.2. The temperature 35~37 ℃ and wind measures 1∶1.2 of the later fermentation. made the fermented liquid into the microbial fertilizer(Bm-j) and store a year, the live gemma still reserve in 90.9%. In the field application:The corn with the paddy uses the Bm-j fertilizer 15 kg/hm^2 to boost production the performance the best, Usage the Bm-j fertilizer hereafter the corn yield ratio contrast to increase the 2 010 kg/hm^2,The paddy yield ratio contrast to increase the 935.5 kg/hm^2.
