摘要
以餐饮业废油脂为原料,研究探讨了废油脂脱色和皂化生产油脂皂基的最佳工艺路线和参数,为废油脂的综合利用提供一条新途径.最佳脱色条件是:活性白土用量5%;脱色温度控制在80~120℃;脱色时间25min.废油脂脱色后皂化的最佳工艺条件:皂化时间4h,皂化温度100℃,碱液用量m(NaOH)∶m(废油脂)=1∶2,皂化用NaOH碱液质量分数为30%.
This work reaches the best bleaching and saponification technology condition of production soap using waste edible oil from catering trade, supplying new method for waste oils comprehensive utilization. The best bleaching condition: activated bleaching earths concentration is 5%; initial bleaching temperature is 80~120℃; bleaching time is 25 min. The best saponification technology condition: the saponification time is 4 hours, the saponification temperature is 100 ℃, the ratio of alkali number consumed and the waste edible oil's quality is 1∶2, and the density of sodium hydroxide is 30%.
