军事工业的技术外溢与中西部地区技术进步

The Technology Spillovers of Military Industry and the Technology Progress in China's Central and Western Areas

技术进步是影响经济成长的一个关键因素。我国中西部一些地区布局有大量的军事工业,有效利用其技术外溢,促进这些地区的技术进步,对于解决不断扩大的区域间经济差距问题有着重要的意义。本文试图对军事工业的技术外溢与所在地区的技术进步这两个变量之间的关系进行框架性的分析,阐述了中西部地区利用军事工业技术外溢的相对优势、路径及相关的影响效应,并对目前存在的主要障碍性因素进行了探讨。

Economic growth depends on progress in technology.There is a large proportion of military industry in some areas in the Central and West of China.Therefore making full use of the technology spillovers of military industry to promote the regional technology progress helps eliminate the ever-widening gap in the regional economic development.This paper focuses on analyzing the relationship between technology spillovers of the military industry and the technology progress of some central and western areas in China.In this paper are discussed the comparative advantage,paths, and effects of an attempt to take advantage of technology spillovers from the military industry.Also analyzed in this paper are some obstacles to the proposed technology spillovers.
