千层塔黄酮类物质的微波提取工艺 被引量:18

摘要 对千层塔茎黄酮类物质的微波提取工艺进行了探讨。结果表明,微波提取的影响因素顺序为乙醇浓度>微波功率>辐射时间>料液比。千层塔茎黄酮类物质的最佳提取条件为辐射时间30s,微波功率650W,乙醇浓度90%,料液比1:50(W/V)。此条件下总黄酮提取率为16.651mg/g。 The technology of Extraction flavonoids from stems of Huperzia serrata (Thunb.) Trev by microwave was studiedin this paper. The results showed that factors influencing extraction flavoids were in the order as follows: concentration of ethanol>microwave power>irradiation time>rate of material to solvent. The extraction rate was 16.651mg/g under the optimalextraction conditions: ethanol 90%, material: ethanol (W:V) as 1:50, irradiation time 30s and microwave power 650W.
