The appearance of virtual enterprises is the inevitable outcome under a new economic environment. Virtual enterprises make the most of the advantages of the enterprise and market through the preliminary integrated form and fully utilize enterprise's own superior resource and develop other resources. The thesis analyzes the fictitious operating of NIKE and the economic significance of virtual enterprises with a study of probable ways for China's enterprises to function well.
