摘要
论述了感应淬火零件的残余应力形态,并对载货车半轴的材料、硬化层深度及法兰圆角淬火层分布提出了个人见解。指出:感应淬火零件的硬化层中存在残余压应力,过渡层和淬火区域的边界处存在残余拉应力,这种残余应力的合理分布能够提高零件的强度和疲劳强度;轴颈及花键底径的硬化层深度为(0.2~0.3)r即可满足零件的强度要求,硬化层深度主要决定于材料的淬透性,而40Cr或40MnB的淬透性很难保证7~9mm的硬化层;半轴圆角硬化层深度最好是h≥0.15t。
This paper demonstrates residual stress of induction quench parts and personal views about stress distribution of flange corner heat treatment ,truck half axle material and depth of hardened layer.After testing,the results have shown that hardened layer of induction treatment parts behaves residual compressive stress,transition layer and quench zone behaves residual tensile stress.The rational distribution of residual stress may improve strength and fatigue strength of parts.When hardened layer depths of axle neck and spline bottom diameter is(0.2~0.3)r,the strength of parts can be reached.The depth of hardened layer depends on material hardenability.And it’s difficult for40Cr ,40MnB’s hardenability to assure7~9mm hardened layer.The option of hardened layer depth of half-axle corner is h≥0.15t.
