疏血通(水蛭、地龙注射液)治疗肾病综合征疗效观察

Effect of Shu Xue-tong treating to nephritic syndrome

目的对比观察疏血通配合糖皮质激素治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效。方法在糖皮质激素等基础上治疗组患者给以疏血通6 ml入5%葡萄糖溶液每日静点,对照组给以复方丹参16 ml入5%葡萄糖溶液每日静点,2周后对比分析结果。结果疏血通治疗能明显降低患者尿蛋白含量及血Fg,CH,TG水平,明显提高ALB,其中尿蛋白、ALB、Fg与对照组患者治疗后相比差异亦有显著性。结论疏血通作为肾病综合征的辅助治疗药疗效肯定。

Objective: To observe and compare the effect of Shu Xue-tong treating to nephritic syndrome. Methods: The treated group were treated with routine medicine and injected Shu Xue-tong 6 ml everyday, the control group were treated with routine medicine and injected the red sage root 16 ml everyday. Results: Shu Xue-tong can reduce the urinary protein and the level of Fg, CH, TG. ALB was increased. The urinary protein, ALB and Fg in treated group have remarkably difference compare with the control group. Conclusions: Shu Xue-tong therapy is an effective to nephritic syndrome.
