摘要
用福林法测定烟叶中总酚的含量是一种既正确又快速的方法。样品回收率为96.4%～102.2%,变异系数约3%。与常用的醋酸铅沉淀法相比,测定结果虽稍高一点,但更接近烟叶中多酚的实际含量。
It is a kind of correct as well as rapid way to determine the total phenols content in tobacco leaves by means of Folin method. The rate of recovery of the sample ranges from 96.4% to 102.2%, and the variation coefficient is 3%. Comparing this method with lead acetate sedimentation analysis, the determination result of the former is more accurate.
