摘要
4 羟基苯乙酮或 2 ,4 二羟基苯乙酮与取代苯甲醛在乙二醇溶液中 ,以硼酸为催化剂 ,于 110~ 12 0℃反应 6h ,再经柱分离精制得羟基查尔酮衍生物 .产物经红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱确认结构 .此法合成虽然收率不太高 。
Chalcones can be prepared through condensation of 4-hydroxyl acetophenone or 2,4-dihydroxyl acetophenone with substitued benzaldehydes in ethyl glycol solution, using the catalyst of boric acid at 110 similar to 120 degreesC in 6 h. The product was purified by the flash chromatography on silica gel. The structures were determinded by IR, H-1 NMR and MS spectra. The method is convenient and simple, though the yield is not high.
