May钢板在治疗股骨转子间骨折中的应用

Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures with May Plate

目的 探讨May钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折临床效果及治疗要点。方法 对 2 7例股骨转子间骨折用May钢板治疗 ,按Evans分型 ,Ⅰ型 2例 ,Ⅱ型 4例 ,Ⅲ型 9例 ,Ⅳ型 12例。结果 2 7例平均随访 2 9个月 (15～ 36个月 ) ,骨折全部愈合。根据Harris髋关节评分 ,优良率达 96 %。结论 May钢板是治疗股骨转子间骨折的较好选择之一 ,可使骨折达到解剖复位和牢固的内固定 ,疗效良好。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects of May plate on intertrochanteric fractures. Methods 27 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated by May plate. The fracture was classified according Evans: 2 cases of type Ⅰ,4 of type Ⅱ,9 of type Ⅲ and 12 of type Ⅳ. Results 27 cases had been followed up for average 25 months(15～36 months). All the patients recovered with good healing of the fracture. The outcome was evaluated according to Harris′s criteria, and the excellent rate was 96%. Conclusion It is preferable to treat femoral intertrochanteric fracture with surgery. May plate should be used according to the different type of the fracture, and it is easier to obtain anatomic reduction and rigid fixation with this technique.
