研究性学习实施因素管窥——对山西省89所中学的一次调查

摘要 本文从教育理念转变、资源配置与利用、实施困难三个方面对山西省部分中学研究性学习实施现状与实施因素进行了调查。研究发现,研究性学习实际开展的现状不容乐观,资源匮乏、高考压力、社会不支持这些来自学校人力资源以外的外部条件,被认为是实施研究性学习的困难所在。分析显示:学校人力资源素质良好,无论是学校领导,一线的生物教师还是学生都已经具备新的教育理念,但教师的研究素质有待于有效的在职培训;学校物质资源基本具备,但学校、社会物质资源的利用率有待于开发。实施研究性学习,必须改善学校的办学环境资源。 From three aspects including the transition in educational thought ,the resources installments with the exploitation and implement difficulties, this article is to investigate the present situation and implement elements of Research-based Learning through parts of middle schools in Shanxi province,. we find it is not optimistic about the present situation of Research-based Learning,external cause from school human resources is regarded as implement difficulties such as a scarcity of resources, the pressure of college entrance examination and no social support. The paper analyses that school human resources is good at the same time, and the leaders, the teachers, or the students have new educational thought, but research qualities of teachers need to be improved through effective on-the-job training; school material resources is available, but the utilizing rate of schools and society material resources need to be improved. So, carrying out Research-based Learning, it is certainly that environmental resources of running a school should be improved.
