摘要
文章研究了不同的提取时间、提取温度和加水比,对黑木耳粗多糖提取率的影响.采用二次回归组合实验设计得黑木耳的最佳提取条件为:40倍加水量于90℃提取3.5h,提取率达到17.07%.
The effects of temperature, time and water ratio on the polysaccharides recovery were investigated. With regression analysis, the optimum extracting conditions were as followings: R/w=1:40,T=90 ℃,t=3.5hours. The extract ratios were 17.07%.
