The international and global market needs suitable and healthy economic adjusted mechanism. WTO dispute settlement body is an important mechanism to make WTO operate regularly, and it is a useful method to safeguard its member benefits. The judicial function of WTO dispute settlement mechanism has been enhanced in many fields such as compulsive jurisdiction, procedure of group experts, appeal procedure and executive procedure. However, we cannot say it is perfect and mature. It still has many disfigurements and shortcoming which makes people pay more attention on.
