摘要
为适应现代化图书馆发展的需要,更好地为学校教学科研服务,样本书库必须改变过去以“藏”为主的传统观念,实行“藏用并举”。样本库管理人员也要适应样本书库职能的变化,结合工作实践,采取有效措施,提高样本书的利用率,更好地服务于读者。
To meet the need of university library development and improve service for teaching and scientific research, librarians must change the traditional ma nagement ideas and put the use and collection of sample books into practice. Fur thermore, librarians should take effective measures to improve reader service qu ality during their work.
