钛酸钾晶须表面处理及对聚烯烃增强 被引量:18

摘要 为改善聚烯烃(PO)体系强度,对钛酸钾晶须(K2Ti6O13,PTW)进行表面无机包硅处理,并比较了硅烷偶联剂改性前后晶须对PO增强性能的改变.实验结果表明,包硅处理后经硅烷偶联剂KH-570表面改性的PTW能与PO基体更好地相容,达到较好的增强效果,在添加量10%的情况下,PO体系的冲击强度略有下降,但拉伸强度提高40%. Potassium titanate whiskers (PTW, molecular formula is K2Ti6O13) were coated with inorganic SiO2 and then modified with silane coupling agent KH-570. The tensile and impact strength of a series of polyolefin composite materials filling with PTW were studied. And the SiO2 coated PTW can be perfectly combined with KH-570 and then excellently reinforce the PO matrix. The tensile strength of PO can be improved with an increase of about 40% with 10% PTW coated with SiO2 and then modified with KH-570 while the impact strength has a low decrease of less than 10%.
