摘要
采用改良的Langendorff法建立离体大鼠心脏缺血再灌注模型,探讨心肌缺血再灌注时血栓素A_2(TXA_2)、前列腺素(PGI_2)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的变化。并观察了川芎嗪在此过程中的作用。实验结果表明:心肌缺血再灌注时,冠脉回流液中血栓烷B_2(TXB_2)和LDH含量增多;6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-Keto-PGF_(1a))相对减少,这可能是造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤的病理生理基础之一。川芎嗪能够抑制TXB_2和LDH的释放,并能促进6-Keto-PGF_(1a)的产生,从而起到了保护心肌的作用。
The experiment was carried out with improved Langendorff method to perfuse the isolated rathearts so as to detect the changes of the thromboxane A_2 (TXA_2), prostaglandin I_2 (PGI_2) and lactic de-hydrogenase (LDH) during the process of myocardial ischemia reperfusion. Besides, this experimentwas intended to find out the effect of ligustrazine on the injury of myocardial ischemia reperfusion. Itwas found that the contents of thromboxane B_2 (TXB_2) and LDH in coronary sinus fluid increased dur-ing the process of reperfusion of myocardial ischemia,while the 6-Keto-PGF_(1a) in coronary sinus fluidrelatively decreased,which is likely to be a major factor in the injury of reperfusion of ischemia my-ocardium. Ligustrazine restrained the release of TXB_2 and LDH,but promoted the production of 6-Ke-to-PGF_(1a),thus playing an important role in protecting the myocardium.
