摘要
本文研究了红豆中多酚类物质的提取工艺 ,并采用比色法对其含量进行了测定。结果表明 ,采用大孔吸附树脂层析法提取红豆多酚 ,效果较为理想。比色法测定其含量 ,方法简单、快速 ,结果准确。
The techniques of extracting polyphenols in red bean was studied and its content was determined by colorimetry as well. The results show that the extracting method of chramatography by macroporous adsorption resin is preferable. Colorimetry was convenient, quick and accurate.
