摘要
以优质玉米鲁单 5 0、优质蛋白玉米 (QPM)津玉 34、湖南省 2种优质饲料早稻 (FEP)湘早籼 2 4和威优 5 6的糙米以及优质中稻金优 6 3的糙米为对照 ,通过TME(真代谢能 )法和高效液相色谱 (HPLC)对金优 4 0 2、金优 15 3、鄂早 6号和 95 30等 4种早稻糙米的氨基酸含量及其利用率进行研究分析。结果显示金优 4 0 2等 4种早稻糙米的必需氨基酸指数均高于玉米鲁单 5 0、津玉 34和优质饲料早稻威优 5 6 ;17种氨基酸含量及利用率均高于玉米鲁单 5 0和津玉 34;必需氨基酸总含量均低于湖南省的湘早籼 2 4和威优 5 6 ,高于中稻金优 6 3;必需氨基酸利用率高于两种玉米 ,接近和优于威优 5 6和金优 6 3,与湘早籼 2 4相当 ,是蛋白质品质较优良的饲料早稻品种。
In this study, four species of early paddy brown rice,Jinyou 402, Jinyou 152, Ezao 6, and 9530 planted widely in Hubei Province were investigated. Using Sibbald true metabolizable energy (TME) method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), their amino acid contents and availabilities were analyzed and compared with high quality maize Ludan50, quality protein maize (QPM) Jinyu34, two species of high quality fodder early paddy (FEP) brown rice Xiangzaoxian24 and Weiyou56, and one middle paddy brown rice Jinyou63, respectively. The results show that the essential amino acid index (EAAI) of the four species are all higher than those of Ludan50, Jinyu34 and Weiyou56, that the amino acid contents and availabilities are all higher than those of two species of maize, that the total essential amino acid contents are higher than Jinyou63 but lower than Xiangzaoxian24 and Weiyou56, and that the essential amino acid availabilities are all higher than two species of maize, and higher than or similar to Weiyou56 and jinyou63, and similar to Xiangzaoxian24. It suggests that the four species of paddy were all high quality protein fodder early paddy(FEP).
