低分子肝素舌下含片处方筛选及其药效观察

Selection of the formula for the buccal tablets under lingua of LMWH and observation of the pharmacodynamics

目的 :优选低分子肚素舌下含片配方并进行初步药效学实验。方法 :观察兔给药前后血脂有关指标的变化 ,用正交实验设计法 ,以透明质酸酶、β 环糊精和乳糖为可变因素 ,选用L4(32 )表进行实验 ,并按优选配方配制含片与空白片组及注射液组进行药效学对照。结果 :低分子肝素舌下含片能显著降低健康兔的胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白的含量 ,以及全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度和红细胞压积。结论 :低分子肝素舌下含片的配方合理 ,具有明显的降血脂和改善血流变作用。

OBJECTIVE To select the best formula for the buccal tablets under lingua of LMWH,meanwhile,to observe its rudimentary pharmacodynamics.METHODS Used orthogonal design with orthogonal tablet of L 4(32),and took alidase,β-cyclodextrin,lactose as variable factor,observed the hypolipidemic effect of the four kinds of tablets.Furthermore,took blank tablet group and injection group of LMWH as contrast,observed the pharmacodynamics index.RESULTS The tablet was selected reduced the serum total cholesterol content,the serum triglyceride content,low density lipoprotein content and very low density lipoprotein content remarkable.At the same time decreased whole blood middle shear rate viscosity,whole blood high shear rate viscosity and hemotocrit significantly.CONCLUSION The formula of the buccal tablet under lingua of LMWH is reasonable,the tablet can reduce blood-fat and improve hemorheology significantly.
