摘要
为了改善湘、渝、黔边区中小学体育师资结构 ,促进其体育师资人力资源的开发 ,采用调查、文献资料、数理统计、访谈等方法 ,对湘、渝、黔边区中小学体育师资结构的基本现状进行研究 ,获知其中小学体育师资的年龄、学历、职称等结构都不尽合理 ,据此 。
By using investigation, literature review, statistics and interview, this paper studies the present structure of the physical teachers in primary and middle schools in the Hunan-Chongqing-Guizhou border region so as to promote the development of human resources as well as improve the present structure, but only to find that their age, educational background and title of technical post are not reasonable. Based on the findings, it puts forward some optimizing suggestions.
