摘要
绞股蓝皂甙(GPS)25μg·ml^(-1)灌流对离体豚鼠Langendorff心脏电解性氧自由基所致心肌损害具有明显保护作用,可降低室颤发生率,抑制电解损伤后冠脉压升高及心肌收缩力减弱,并抑制心肌丙二醛的产生,保护心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶的降低,吲哚美辛25μmol·L^(-1)几乎完全取消GPS作用,提示GPS对电解氧自由基损伤心脏保护与其促进前列腺环素合成有关。
The effect of gypenosides(GPS) on myocardial injury induced by electrolyzed krebs solution was studied in the Langendorff's perfused guinea pig hearts. GPS 25μg·ml^(-1) prevented free radical induced arrhythmias,inhibited free radical induced rise of coronary perfusion pressure and negtive inotropism. At the same time,GPS antagonized free radical induced increase of MDA and decrease of SOD activity. Indomethacin 25μmol·L^(-1) almost abolished the protective effect of GPS. These data indicated that the protective effect of GPS against electrolysis induced myocardial damage is associated with its facilitation of prostglandin synthesis release.
