摘要
本文首先介绍了HVOF工艺喷涂碳化钨防护层的工艺特点以及在实验室的抗磨蚀试验与现场应用情况 ,在此基础之上 ,从磨损与空蚀对材料表面破坏的不同作用机制、涂层的机械性能及组织结构特点等方面 ,对涂层的抗磨蚀特性的影响进行了分析。
The technological Characteristics of abrasion-resistance and anti-cavitations in laboratory,and its application of WC coating on site,by HVOF spraying is presented in this paper.Based on it,the influence of characteristics of abrasion-resistance and anti-cavitations of coating is analyzed under different action mechanism of abrasion and cavitations on the surface of materials and machinery property and particular organic structure of coating,etc.
