文章对碳氢清洗剂的化学结构、性能特点作了全面介绍,根据通常选择溶剂清洗剂的基本原则分析,指出碳氢清洗剂很可能是今后ODS替代清洗剂的重要发展方向。文章对配合碳氢清洗剂使用的清洗设备的设计原理、工艺流程作了详细介绍,并重点介绍为解决安全防火问题和清洗剂蒸馏回收而采用的各种装置及措施。
The paper has made a complete introduction on the chemical structure, performances and char- acteristics of HC solvent and made an analysis according to the common basic principles for selection of solvents, and pointed out that HC solvent may become the important substitution for ODS solvent in future. The article has also made a detail introduction on the design principles and the process flow of the cleaning equipment for HC solvent, and emphasized the different devices adopted and measurements taken for safety fire fighting and solvent recovery by distillation.
