摘要
针对目前火炮内膛的缺陷检测操作复杂、速度慢、精确度低等特点,利用数字图像处理技术与模式识别技术,设计出基于CCD成像技术的火炮内膛缺陷检测系统.该系统能对各种缺陷进行识别,对缺陷的面积进行计算,并对锈斑进行纹理分析以及等级的确定.现场测试表明,系统操作简单、速度快、精确度高,为火炮内膛的缺陷检测提供了一种新方法.
Based on the digital image processing technology and pattern recognition technology, this paper introduces a system of testing defects of artillery lumen, which can recognize all kinds of defects, calculate the areas of defects, analyze texture and grade the rust. The experiments on spot show that this testing system can be operated easily and have the characteristics of high speed and high accuracy,which provides a new method for testing defects of artillery lumen.
