面中部骨折手术治疗的评估

The Valuation of the Central Part Bone Fracture Surgical Operation Treatment

目的 :探讨面中部骨折手术治疗的不同径路和固定方法。方法 :84例面中部骨折患者采用口内龈颊沟切口 ,配合眶外缘、眶下缘及头皮冠状切口 ,骨折复位后用小 (微 )型钛板或钢丝固定。结果 :84例患者伤口全部I期愈合。术后 3个月 ,患者开口度≥ 37mm ,咬合关系良好 ,X光片显示骨折对位对线良好 ,5 2例面部畸形患者除 1例颧部轻度塌陷、2例颧部略显突出外 ,基本恢复。 2 3例眶下区麻木患者仍有 4例感觉麻木 ,但范围明显缩小。 3例眼球下沉、内陷、复视患者基本恢复正常。结论 :面中部骨折手术疗效可靠 ,应根据不同类型和部位的骨折 。

Objective: To inquiries into the different path way that surgical operation of central part bone fracture with fix method.Methods:We used intramural the ditch of gum and cheeck incision,the exterior and bottom of eye socket incision,the skin of head coronals in incision,the bone fracture fixs with titanium miniplate or steel wires after replying.Eighty four central part bone fracture were analyzed.To evaluate effectiveness,through x ray we observed the relationship between the fracture line,the mouth opening and malocclusion, the abnormal face and complications in 1 week,3 month after operation.Ressults:The incisions of 84 cases closed up in stage I.The mouth opening of all the cases were over 37mm.All the cases had satisfied occlusion.X ray showing fracture lines were good.Forty nine cases had satisfied face.In the abnormal face of 52 cases,1 cases had lighth sunk cheekbone,2 cases had light prominent cheekboon.4 cases still had light numb feeling in 23 infraorbit numbness.The eyeball descend to sink,the inside sink,replies to see of 3 cases were basic instauration.Conclusion:The surgical operation curative effect on central part bone fracture is dependable,according to different type with the bone fracture of the part,choose to slice differently with fix the method.
