摘要
面对激烈的市场竞争 ,企业能否立于不败之地取决于企业的技术创新能力和活力 ,如何评价一个企业的创新能力 ,尤其是技术创新能力是一个十分重要的问题。本文用模糊数学的方法对企业技术创新能力评价作一尝试。
This thesis states that whether an enterprise could survive in severe marketing competition depends on its technological creativity. It argues that evaluating of the enterprise's technological creativity is very significant to the development of a society. It also introduces how to apply intangible mathematic methods to do the evaluation.
