甘草甜素对急性乙醇中毒大鼠脂质代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Glycyrrhizin on the Metabolism of Lipids in Rats of Acute Ethanol Intoxication

摘要 本文研究急性乙醇中毒的大鼠脂质代谢的改变及甘草甜素的保护作用。与对照组比较,给5周龄 SD 大鼠50%乙醇按5g/kg 灌胃,可使血清总脂、胆固醇及甘油三酯分别增加31%、50%和42%;肝脂质过氧化产物(丙二醛)增加184%;而还原型谷胱甘肽则下降58%。预先给予甘草甜素,按150mg/kg 灌胃7天,则可他乙醇引起的上述变化基本恢复正常,提示甘草甜素对乙醇引起的大鼠脂质代谢改变有保护作用。 The metabolism of lipids and the effects of Glycyrrhizin in rats of acute ethanol intoxication have been investigated.Compared with those of the control group,the concentrations of total serum lipids, cholesterol and triglyceride increased by 31%,50%and 42% respectively after the treatment of rats aged 5 weeks with 50% ethanol alcohol (5g/kg,i.g).The hepatic lipid peroxidation product,mal- ondialdehyde (MDA),increased by 184%,in contrast to the content of reduced glutathione (GSH) which decreased by 58%.Preteatment of rats with Glycyrrhizin (150 mg/kg,i.g)for 7 days re- versed the abmormal metaboliam induced by ethanol alcohol.
