摘要
目的 研究染料木黄酮 (Genistein ,Gen)对照射小鼠的保护作用 ,为抗辐射功能食品的开发提供实验依据。方法 雄性昆明小鼠 ,经 7.5Gyγ射线照射 ,观察补充不同剂量的Gen对小鼠 3 0d死亡率、平均存活时间的影响 ;4.0Gyγ射线照射 ,观察补充Gen对外周血白细胞、血小板、淋巴细胞、骨髓有核细胞 (BMC)、内源性脾结节、以及骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的作用。结果 Gen可以提高受照射小鼠 3 0d活存率 ,延长受照射小鼠存活时间 ,保护系数达1.44 ;可以升高受照射小鼠血小板、淋巴细胞计数和脾结节数 ,降低骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率。
Objective To study on the radioprotective effect of genistein on γ-ray induced injury and to provide an experimental basis for the development of genistein. Methods Male mice were fed with feedstuff which added by different does of genistein or normal diet for 2 weeks,and then irradiated once with 7.5Gy γ-rays and the difference in survival rates was observed; irradiated once with 4.0Gy γ-rays and the changes in blood cells were counted by usual method and the rates of micronuclei were determined.Results The 30-day survival rate, blood cell counts of genistein-protected mice were all much higher than those of the control group ,the protection factor reached 1.44, the rates of micronuclei of genistein-treated mice were much lower than that of control group.Conclusion Genistein has significant radioprotective effect in mice.
