摘要
提出利用虚拟仪器技术构成的油品水分检测仪 ,它集数据检测、处理及融合为一体 ,并较好地解决了射频电容传感器的温度补偿问题 ,使油品水分的测量更加快速、方便、准确。给出了曲面拟合方程系数的获取方法和实际油品含水量测量程序框图。实践证明该仪器能满足检测要求。
The author stated that by using virtual instrument technology the moisture detector for oil is structured. The detector integrated data acquisition, data processing and data merge together, and better resolved the humidity compensation problem of radio frequency capacitance transducer. This made moisture detection for oil fast speed, easy and precise. The method of getting coefficient of curved surface fitting formula and flowchart of program for practical measuring moisture of oil is given. The practice shows that the instrument met the requirement of detection.
