摘要
在调研国外盐穴储气库相关资料的基础上 ,对用盐穴建设地下储气库的工艺工程、方法进行了探讨 ,内容包括 :盐穴储气库的建造工艺过程 ;盐岩的特性 ;盐对固井水泥的影响 ;水溶采矿模拟研究结果 ;影响盐穴稳定性的主要因素 ;建造岩穴储气库的工艺方法 ;盐穴储气库运行压力的确定方法 ;盐穴储气库完井技术要点 ;国外盐穴储气库建造实例等。可为今后我国建设地下盐穴储气库提供参考。
Based on the study of foreign gas storages with salt caves, the process engineering and methods to build underground gas storages with salt caves are discussed, including the building technology of gas storages with salt caves, the characteristics of salt rocks, the influence of salt on the cementing slurry, the results of simulation study with water-soluble mining, the main factors to influence the stability of salt caves, the process method to build gas storages with salt caves, the method to determine the operating pressure of gas storages with salt caves, the well completion techniques of gas storages with salt caves, and the real cases to build gas storages with salt caves abroad, etc. The article provides the reference for China to build gas storages with salt caves in future.
