激发人的积极性、主动性和创造性是管理者永恒的主题.在讨论激励理论的产生与行为科学学派的发展关系的基础上,对美国心理学家赫兹伯格双因素理论的内涵、缺陷,以及双因素理论对现代企业管理的启示等问题进行研究.
It is an everlasting topic for the managers to stimulate people's vigor, activeness and creativity. In light of the relations between the existence of stimulating theory and the development of behaviorism, this thesis intends to study the connotation, weakness of the two-factor theory by American psychologist Herzberg, at the same time it also studies the enlightenment to the contemporary management caused by two-factor theory.
