Expatiated on the relationship of emergency medicine and gusty public health accidents and the effects of emergency department on the gusty public health accident brought forward that enhancing emergency department construction is the basic construction to improve the ability of hospital to cope with gusty public health accidents after analyzing and synthesizing the problem of emergency of polyclinic,and put forward the approaches how to improve it.
