摘要
通过对服装制造业各阶段顾客需求、生产方式、产品质量及其管理的分析 ,指出顾客需求影响服装产品质量观 ,并推动产品质量的提高 ,服装企业的质量管理只有以顾客需求为导向 。
Based on analysis of customer demands, manufacture mode, product quality and quality management at every stage of garment manufacture, this paper presents that customer demands influence the view of product quality and improve garment quality. Only under the direction of customer demands to carry out quality management, could customer satisfaction be realized as far as possible.
