摘要
研究了采用环己烷萃取荧光配合衍生物进行荧光分析法测定化学合成甾体和磺胺类药物中痕量硒的方法 ,对影响其荧光强度的各种因素进行了详细的探讨。经过对比选择性实验 ,在优化条件下 ,建立了简单、快速、准确的测试方法 ,该法线性范围宽 ,相关系数为 :0 9995 ,灵敏度高 ,检出限低 (0 0 0 4 85 μg) ,稳定性、重现性好 ,回收率在的 99.5 %~ 10 2 .5 %之间 ,相对标准偏差≤ 4 .4 % ,本法应用于磺胺类和甾体合成药物中痕量硒的测试取得满意结果。
A fluorescence spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace selenium in steroid & sulphanilamide medicines was studied by using cyclohexane extraction the complex derivatization.The various factors affecting fluorescence intensity of selenium were examined in detail.By the comparative test of selectivity and under the optimum conditions a simple,fast and accurate way to determine trace selenium was provided.The method has highly selectivity,stability,sensitivity.The limit of detection is 0.00485 μg.The linear correlation coefficients is 0.999 5.The recovery rates are 99.5~102.2%,relative standard deviation is less than 4.4%.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace selenium in the steroid & sulphanilamide medicines with satisfactory results.
