黄芩甙对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:55

摘要 报告黄芩甙对细胞免疫功能的影响。结果表明,低剂量黄芩甙可明显促进ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应,高剂量则显著抑制。低剂量黄芩甙对LPS诱导淋巴细胞增殖反应有促进作用,但无统计学意义,高剂量可显著抑制淋巴细胞增殖。黄芩甙可明显提高小鼠脾脏单个核细胞中cAMP含量,对cGMP无影响。体内用药对巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的作用,低剂量显著升高,高剂量明显抑制。但体外用药均明显抑制巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的作用。 e investigaed the cellular immunological effects of baicalin in mice. The results are as fol-lows,Low doses of baicalin markedly increased Con A-induced lymphocyte proliferation of mousespleen cell in vitro, but high doses of baicalin inhibited it significantly. Baicalin of low doses en-hanced LPS-induced lymphocyte proliferation(with no statistical significance),but high dosesshowed significaiit inhibition. Baicalin markedly increases cAMP Ievel of mouse spleen moiionu-clear cells in vivo,but had no effect on cGMP. Baicalin at low doses markedly enhanced the func-tion of ingestion of mouse peritoneal macrophages in vivo, but high doses showed significant inhi-bition. It markedly inhibited the function of mouse macrophages in vitro.
