五行学说与五脏相关说考议

“五脏相关”说是对中医五行学说的一大突破创新,在临床诊疗上具有巨大的指导意义,大有取代五行学说之势。中医五行学说有其局限性,但仍是一门有一定科学性与先进性的唯物辩证法,是沟通中医与传统文化的桥梁,是中医现代化科研思路的宝库。五脏相关学说在临床诊疗上有巨大的指导意义,值得推广研究,但仍有其局限性,未能很好地填补五行学说原有缺陷。笔者认为,五脏相关学说值得研究推广,但若以“五脏相关”说取代“五行学说”则有失妥当。中医五行学说应予以完善,推广普及而非以他说取代之。因此,对中医五行学说应进行完善、推广普及而非以五脏相关学说取代。

Though the theory of the set of five elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine has its limitation, it is still materialistic, dialectic scientific and advanced to some extant. It is the bridge communicating Traditional Chinese Medicine and traditional Chinese culture,and the mine of scientific research idea to the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The theory of visceral relationship has great directed value in clinical diagnoses and cure,it is worthy to be popularized and study ,but it also has its limitation that cant padded the inhere limitation in the theory of the set of five elements. Thus,the theory of the set of five elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine should be consummated,popularized instead of being replaced by the theory of visceral relationship.
