摘要
为了明确BN调节剂的效果和最佳使用时期,选用BN-1和BN-2调节剂连续两年在小麦不同生育时期进行叶面喷施,研究了其对小麦营养生长和生殖生长的影响。试验结果表明,BN-1和BN-2可以显著调节小麦生殖生长和营养生长,拔节期和孕穗期喷施,株高明显增加,功能叶面积比CK提高18.9%~43.6%,绿叶、茎、穗和叶鞘物质积累量显著增加,黄叶重量明显减少,穗粒数比CK增加0.6~3.1粒,千粒重比CK增加2.5~3.7g,促粒增重效果显著,增产作用明显,增产幅度3.8%~17.7%。不同时期比较,拨节期和孕穗期叶面喷施增产效果比开花期叶面喷施效果明显。两种调节剂比较,BN-1对产量效应比BN-2明显。
This experiment was to put forward a way correctly using the BN regulate to extend this (regulate). The results of two year experiment and demonstration showed that BN-1 and BN-2 regulates had a (remarkable) effect on the vegetative growth and reproductive growth of wheat in different periods by leaf spray. The wheat plant height was higher than that of CK. The dry matter of green leaf, stem, spike and leaf sheath (increased) more than that of CK. Yellow leaf dry matter decreased more than that of CK. The leaf area of wheat (increased) 18.9%~43.6%, grains (increased) 0.6~3.1 per ear and grain weight (increased) 2.5~3.7 mg. Yield raised 3.8%~17.7%. The comparison among different treatment stages showed that boot stage and jointing stage was remarkably effective. The comparison between two BN regulates showed that the BN-1 was better than the BN-2.
