摘要 目的 :研究血管生成与转化生长因子 β(TGFβ)在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的表达及其相互关系 .方法 :通过应用SP免疫组化方法检测 5 0例NSCLC组织内微血管计数(MVC)及 5 0例NSCLC组织和 35例癌旁组织中TGFβ1的表达 .结果 :NSCLC癌组织中存在活跃的血管生成 ,血管生成与病变分期进展和淋巴结转移有关 ,与组织分型无关 .TGFβ1阳性表达在NSCLC的I期与II期及I期与III期之间有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与淋巴结转移有关 ,与NSCLC组织分型无关 ;NSCLC中TGFβ1表达与癌旁组织中比较有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;TGFβ1阳性表达与肿瘤血管生成有关 .结论 :TGFβ主要通过促肿瘤血管生成而促进了NSCLC的病期进展和淋巴结转移 . AIM: To investigate the correlation between the expression of transforming growth factor beta (TGFβ) and the angiogenesis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). METHODS: MVC and expression of TGFβ 1 in 50 carcinomatous specimens and expression of TGFβ 1 in 35 para-carcinomatous specimens from the same 50 cases with NSCLC were detected by SP immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Active angiogenesis in NSCLC was detected and it was related with NSCLC progression and lymph node metastasis, but not related with histological types. Significant difference of the expression of TGFβ 1 was found between stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.05), and between stage Ⅰ and Ⅲ (P< 0.05) , and the positive expression of TGFβ 1 was significantly higher in the patients with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). No significant association was found between the TGFβ 1 expression and the characteristics of the histological types in NSCLC. Positive TGFβ 1 expression in carcinomatous specimen was stronger than that in para-carcinomatous specimen. TGFβ 1 expression was correlated with tumor angiogenesis. CONCLUSION: TGFβ highly promotes the progression and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC, mainly by stimulating angiogenesis.
